Abstract

Wild-type mouse retina immunofluorescently labeled to reveal the populations of melanopsin-positive ganglion cells (green) and dopaminergic amacrine cells (magenta). Each cell type shows abnormal clustering and fasciculation in both Dscam- and Bax- deficient mice, though the profile of these features is distinct in the two mutants.
