Abstract
- The article examines the changes in the Russian government and the political condition of Russia following appointments and rearrangements towards the end of 2011. It is said that such change took place at the wrong time and it may disarm the country prior to a crisis. Russian president Dmitry Medvedev reportedly admitted in 2011 that the country is going through a crisis and its people need to be prepared for it.
