Abstract
- This article explores the effort of the Chinese government to enhance ties with Africa in 2011. It expects China to provide aid to African countries. It considers the Chinese funding of the African Union (AU) headquarters complex as a testament of the country's renewed commitment to the continent. In addition, the article discusses the rising Chinese investment in African countries.
