Abstract
- The article explores the life and career of David Regelin as a yoga practitioner and teacher in New York City. Regelin started taking yoga in 2001. He previously worked at the Kula Yoga Project. However, he left Kula for Katonah, a smaller studio in Chelsea. Regelin suggests that amateur yogis could be doing more harm than good in their bodies. He started to teach yoga that focuses more on alignment and form.
