Abstract
- the article reports on the origins of hot chocolate and discusses changes which have been made to the ingredients of hot chocolate since the time of its origin. Several hot chocolates, including Dagoba Organic Chai Drinking Chocolate, Equal Exchange Organic Spicy Hot Cocoa and Navitas Naturals Organic Raw Cacao Powder, are evaluated.
