Abstract

The article discusses how many content aggregators are leveraging research garnered from user studies in order to provide the best user experiences (UX) for customers. It says that the Factiva platform of Dow Jones & Co. aggregates business information from thousands of sources across various industries and delivers it to users in 26 languages. According to the author, e-research provider Gale conducts different types of user testing studies like observational research.
