Abstract
- The article focuses on stay of judgments in Florida state court proceedings. Information is provided on how all final orders in state court can be stayed in cases of pending appellate review. The article stresses the importance of filing a written motion or complete an ore tenus motion in front of a presiding judge immediately post judgment.
