Abstract
- The article focuses on the policy of the U.S. and support for solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) research and development (R&D), which have been explored in a paper by Eric Wachsman and colleagues. It states that the paper stress the imprudence of the U.S. Congress and the administration if they cancel support by halting funds for the Solid State Energy Conversion Alliance (SECA). It discusses the arguments presented by Wachsman and colleagues on the benefits of SOFC.
