PATRICK CARIOU VERSUS RICHARD PRINCE: PROBLEMS WITH APPROPRIATION.

The article discusses a copyright infringement lawsuit that was brought against the artist Richard Prince, the art dealer Larry Gagosian and the Gagosian Gallery. The lawsuit was filed after Prince presented a series of paintings at the Gagosian Gallery that used documentary photographs from the book "Yes Rasta," by Patrick Cariou.
