Abstract: The article introduces the sanitary heating climate (SHK) for the innovative commercial process creation and the involvement of enterprise-covering information and services. SHK has applications in the analysis of existing systems and in the choice and the creation of new solutions. The article concludes the importance of the creation of the enterprise-covering process integration.
