A hymn ofthe Old Order.

The article presents information on hymns which finds its origin in the Netherlands during the sixteenth century. As stated the hymns which can be considered as the signature hymns of the oldest time is a hymns based on Anabaptist faith titled as "O Gott Vater, wir loben dich." The article further mentions the lyrics of the hymn "Our father God, thy name we praise" which is an english version of the earlier mentioned hymn.
