In this paper these random variables are analyzing : Failure time, the time between failures and number of failures in order to obtain their random laws as well as to evaluate economic and magnetic effects in inlet water for operating boiler. Failures classification is done . Failure time and the time between failures follow an exponential function. Economic benefits are determining with an 1.13 $ / h of saving and 83.08 % of decreasing in repaired costs are reported, this result confirms the effectiveness of magnetic treatment in inlet water to boiler.
