Abstract

Abstract: Two new conjugated dendrimers bearing a tetraphenylethylene moiety as dendrons and triphenylamine as a core have been synthesized through a convergent synthetic strategy using threefold Heck/threefold Sonogashira coupling reaction. These dendrimers showed excellent solubility in common organic solvents and emit light in the blue and violet regions. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
