Abstract

Presents a study that employed a model based on the combination of finite element and boundary integral methods to analyze the evolution of surface waves on standard YX lithium tantalate cuts versus aluminum strip height. Fundamentals of the implemented model; Optimization of the pseudo surface acoustic waves; Simplification and improvements to the design of high frequency filters.
