Abstract

The article reports on the sale of arable farm in the Howe of Fife in Scotland. The 135-hectare farm at Collairnie is considered in the country as the most productive arable farmland because several crops can be grown. The farm's productivity can be attributed to the low altitude and suitable climate for crop growth.
