Abstract

Every school claims the need of developing 'intelligence'. Nonetheless, what gives sense to education is everything but clear. It does not constitute a concept, but only a notion, and highly polemical. Though, it makes sense to revisit its perspective from an historical-critical approach, as well as its relation with the problem of knowing and consciousness. We will do so from a heterodox horizon: trans-disciplinary, trans-paradigmatic and complex. We will consider, among other points of view, those of psychology, linguistics and philosophy. The intention is to give the reader the opportunity, based on what is exposed, of developing his own reflection. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
