High-speed pixel circuits for large-sized 3-D AMOLED displays.

The article presents a study which proposes a method to implement three-dimensional (3-D) active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) displays using high-speed driving with a practical pixel circuit. The study investigated the image quality of a 14 inches quarter full-high-definition (qFHD) AMOLED driven at a frame rate of over 240 Hertz (Hz). It is concluded that the proposed driving scheme ensures sufficient time for Vth compensation using controllable input signals.
