Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 20-year old female with visual obscuration, unsteadiness of gait and holocranial headache. Histological examination revealed big thin-walled vascular channels having angulated capillary sized vessels filled with blood, indicative of the occipital bone's cavernocapillary hemangioma. Postoperatively, she developed hemiparesis in the right side having increase cerebellar signs in the right side which had completely resolved at the last follow-up.
