Abstract
- The article focuses on the art and studio practice of the American painter Daniel E. Greene. Particular focus is given to the photorealistic images he creates using a set palette of 12 oil paints including the colors yellow ochre, cadmium red light and burnt sienna. Various images of his oil paintings are also provided including "Danielle—Spring Street," "Sheridan Square—Christopher Street," and "Elin—Waiting."
