Comparison of stratified primary care management for low back pain with current best practice (STarT Back): a randomised controlled trial.

The article presents a randomised controlled study which compares the clinical and cost-effectiveness of stratified primary care management for low back pain. The study examined 851 patients who were divided into intervention and control groups. The results show the significant implications of a stratified approach for future primary care management of back pain.
