From Present-Day Tactics to Network-Centric Action.

The article discusses the network-centric action operations in warfare with a view the present tactics of Russia's Armed Forces as the point of departure. It indicates that network-centric action lies in the transition from confrontation to concentrating efforts in areas where the enemy's vulnerability in weapons and fighting methods is detected. It proposes for a discussion on the content of reformed principles of network-centric action tactics.
