Abstract

The article discusses the legal implications of the repeal of U.S. statute 10 U.S.C. § 654, known as the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy regarding homosexual military personnel. It is a critical response to the article “The Death of Military Justice,” by William J. Gregor, published in the journal's Autumn 2010 issue.
