Disparities by sex in early childhood and adolescence.

In this article, the authors discuss the UNICEF report titled "Boys and girl in the life cycle: sex-disaggregated data on a selection of well-being indicators, from early childhood to young adulthood." They are critical that the report reveals available sex-disaggregated statistics on indicators for children's rights and wellbeing monitoring in the developing world. Also investigated is the need to understand gender differentials necessary to create actions toward the goal of gender inequality.
