Abstract
- Examines the behavioral and alveolar anesthetic wash-out characteristics of horses recovering from anesthesia maintained with desflurane (D) and isoflurane (I) in O[sub 2]. Research methodology; More rapid elimination of D than I; Results supporting earlier studies of smaller pieces that report rapid elimination following D compared to agents of greater blood solubility.
