A letter to the editor is presented which discusses the improvement in the overall survival and progression of donor inhibitory killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptors (KIRs) haplotype B patients after undergoing an allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation used for multiple myeloma.
