Abstract

The article presents the results of a study which investigated the effect of 40-meter repeated sprint training on repeated sprint endurance, vertical jumping ability, maximum sprinting speed, and aerobic capacity in young male soccer players. An overview of related previous research is provided, along with details of the experimental protocol.
