New Air Traffic Control Markets Promoted by Single Sky Regulation in Spain.

Taking advantage of the regulatory framework of the European Single Sky being developed in Europe, Spain has begun a process of liberalization of air traffic services that could lead to strategic changes in the development of air transport. A series of legislative elements has been put in place to make this possible. Although this regulatory framework opens the way for liberalization, the strategic nature of the sector, and the necessity of guaranteeing continuity of service and safety, means that there are some restrictions or prior conditions.
