Examines the detection of triose-phosphate isomerase (TPIS) in serum Immunoglobulin E antibodies from wheat-allergic patients. Effects of inhalation of wheat flour to bakers; Similarity between wheat TPIS and amino acids of a latex allergen; Range of sera obtained from allergic bakers.
