After this, the second step is to intensify public diplomacy efforts, but the regional rivalry between Pakistan and Iran with frosty cooperation among India, China and Russia triangle shows that the Afghanistan operation is more complex and multidimensional than it was considered. Moreover, it is very difficult to say that Taliban loses power, because of the opium trade in Afghanistan and financial aids from the Muslim countries. The deaths of civil people cause more reaction in Afghanistan day by day and affect the Afghan people's attitudes.
