Supreme Court Reinforces the 'Wall of Separation'.

The article analyzes the court cases which the U.S. Supreme Court handled in the year 1985. It is reported that, one of the cases was regarding school prayer and publicly funded programs in parochial schools. It is reported that, a lawsuit was filed by agnostic with children in public school in Mobile County, Alabama, Ishmael Jaffree, after he was unsuccessful in bringing halt to the practice of singing and reciting religious material in classrooms, which he termed as unconstitutional, and in which the court gave decision in favor of Jaffree. It is reported that, another case involved the viability and validity of creating an organization for carrying out prayers in schools.
