Abstract
- The article focuses on the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment retrofits in Marshall, Texas. This initiative aims to improve the efficiency of city buildings' HVAC equipment, reduce their energy costs, and operate effectively. The City Hall replaces its chiller, retrofits its pumps and air handlers, and reconfigures its ductwork. It notes that it installs its building automation system saving as much as 39,082 dollars.
