Abstract
- The article offers the author's insights on the arguments of John Skorupski in his book "The Domain of Reason," particularly the buck-passing account of normativity. The author argues that cognitive irrealism, or meta-ethical view, depends on considering normative facts as nominal facts. He further argues against cognitive irrealism, citing that facts about reasons are not nominal facts. Moreover, he says that Skorupski failed to show the purpose of passing every normative buck.
