Abstract
- Reports that acid from animal glue is bleeding through the University of Illinois/Urbana library's set of rare Audubon engravings. Reaction of the acid in the glue with the acid in the paper; Library's plan to remove the linen and glue, deacidify the paper and store the unbound plates in a special environment.
