Abstract

The article focuses on the response of stem cells that are cultured in the laboratory differentiate to the mechanical properties of the substrate its form. It says that stem cells provide the possibility of repairing diseased or damaged tissues, such as mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). It states that MSCs cultured on a nanostructured substrate preserve their multipotency for at least eight weeks. It adds that a study shows that cells that were spread differentiated into bone cells.
