I Plan de Servicios Bibliotecarios de Andalucía (2008-2011).

This paper lists and describes the different actions and projects being carried out within the framework of the 1st Andalusia Library Services Plan. This plan revolves around the three core aspects of public library accessibility, human resources and staff training.
