Abstract: A young Nepali woman having characteristics angiographic findings of moyamoya disease and manifesting hemiballismus and parkinsonism is reported. To the best of our knowledge, this is the fi rst case report of moyamoya disease from Nepal. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
