Abstract

The article discusses a study which determines the interaction partners of Saccharomyces cerevisiae gene GTSI. It states that tandem affinity, purification and immunoprecipitation were made to know the factors which are important on the inhibition process of GTSI. Findings of the study reveal Ssa1p and Ssa2p, members of heat-shock protein family, as the valuable factors.
