Abstract
- The article reports on the status of Japan's economy after the March 11, 2011 earthquake and tsunami. The outlook for reforms such as a proposal to deregulate fishing grounds are mentioned. Data concerning the effect of earthquake aftershocks on Japan's gross domestic product is discussed. Recovery from the disaster in terms of Japan's electricity supply is mentioned.
