INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN THE CANADA-UNITED STATES RELATIONSHIP.

Information about several topics discussed at the conference sponsored by Canada-United States Law Institute held on April 8-10, 2010 on the intellectual property rights in the Canada and the U.S. partnership is presented. Topics include the concept of intellectual property, enforcement and protection of the intellectual property rights, and the methods of achieve convergence.
