Abstract: This section offers news briefs on China's economy. The central bank conducted a survey which revealed that more urban depositors tend to save their extra money than spend it. The 2010 blue paper from the China Association of Auctioneers reported an increase in the value of antique and artwork transactions. Chinese businesses have been affected by air strikes on Libya, according to Chinese Commerce Ministry spokesman Yao Jian.
