Abstract
- Abstract: In this paper, by using the Haar wavelet as a tool, we design a fractional-order differential filter to develop the fractional-order derivative spectroscopy (FDS), and then we use it to resolve the overlapped Lorentzian peaks. Resolutions are directly characterized by spectral parameters extracted from the overlapped peaks. Comparison results between our method and the Peakfit software indicate the FDS can be used to resolve overlapped Lorentzian peaks effectively and satisfactorily. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
