Brainstem and spinal cord involvement in a paraneoplastic syndrome associated with anti-Yo antibody and breast cancer.

A letter to the editor is presented which discusses a case of a 60-year-old woman with paraneoplastic syndrome (PNS) associated with anti-Yo antibody and breast cancer, and has shown evidence of acute and chronic denervation in the four limbs based from electromyography (EMG).
