Abstract

Abstract: Iatrogenic stenosis of the coronary ostia is a rare but life-threatening complication which may follow aortic valve replacement. We report a case treated with a drug-eluting stent with subsequent severe restenosis at 24months. In-stent restenosis was successfully treated with reimplantation of a further drug-eluting stent with no restenosis on surveillance angiography at 11months and no recurrence of symptoms at 5years.
