Abstract: The cell-specific production rate of melanoma inhibitory activity was quantitatively proportional to the aggrecan gene expression level in the early and middle phase during not only the redifferentiation culture of human cartilage chondrocytes but also the differentiation culture of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to chondrocytes.
