Abstract
- The article discusses the technology survey of the "Journal of Electronic Defence" in March 2011 which examines radar warning receivers (RWR) and radar electronic support measures (ESM) systems. It compares the similarities and differences of RWRs and ESM systems with electronic intelligence (ELINT) systems, with the major difference being the handling of frequency range and spatial environment. The article includes statistics of RWR and radar ESM systems from Aeronix, Inc., Argon ST, and BAE Systems Australia, among others.
