Abstract: The article offers information disadvantages of consuming cow and buffalo milk in humans which includes, milk allergy and health disorders. It mentions that milk allergy is one of the most common food allergy which is found in children. It states that milk allergy can cause anaphylaxis which is life threatening allergic reaction.
