Usefulness of Published PCR Primers in Detecting Human Rhinovirus Infection.

We conducted a preliminary comparison of the relative sensitivity of a cross-section of published human rhinovirus (HRV)-specific PCR primer pairs, varying the oligonucleotides and annealing temperature.
