Abstract
- The article discusses the application of psychometric testing and how it relates to disability discrimination in the workplace. It relates that psychometric testing has replaced the now defunct pre-employment health questionnaire and is now used at any stage of the recruitment process. The assessment can determine the need for physical adjustments for the employee like time extensions. Also discussed is how the employer must handle employees with Asperger's syndrome and other disorders in the absence of the test or pre-employment assessment.
