Abstract: Abstract: We report a case of 44-year-old women presented with an acute small bowel obstruction revealated by tomodensitometry. Laparotomy showed an incarcerated internal hernia through the broad ligament. We performed liberation of the ileal segment and closed the hernial orifice. The patient evolution was excellent.
