Abstract

The article presents study that determines the properties of Paenibacillus curdlanolyticus intracellular xylanese Xyn10B encoded by xyn10B gene. It is investigated through the construction of a gene library using Fosmid pCC1FOS and Escherichia coli, wherein the genomic DNA was sheared and separated by pulse-filed electrophoresis. It concludes that the enzyme properties of Xyn10B is different from XynX and XynBE18 although P. curdlanolyticus is homologous to E18 XynBe18 and Aeromonas caviae XynX.
